D.M.C. Work Project Showcase

Microwave Instrument on the Rosetta Orbiter

D.M.C. International, Inc. produced the reflector dish in conjunction with Warren Industries.  Starting with a 210 lb. solid piece of aluminum, Warren Industries did the milling and turning.  D.M.C. International, Inc. then did the final jig grinding on the reflector dish, resulting in a 7lb. finished microwave reflector.  Scroll down to see photos of the work in progress.
